Emily  Osment started her career as a child actress and was featured in numerous television shows and films.

Emily Osment got into the entertainment industry in 1997, when she was cast in a commercial for flower delivery company FTD.

Emily had appeared in many commercials, and thereafter made her acting debut in the 1999 film The Secret Life of Girls, featuring  Eugene Levy and Linda Hamilton.

Emily Osment began her musical career with prominence after she  recorded songs for the soundtracks of her Disney projects.
