Kesha Rose Sebert best known as Kesha is a 35-year-old American singer and songwriter born on March 1st, 1987,  in Los Angeles, California.

Her father is Mr. Sebert, a businessman and her mother, Rosemary Patricia “Pebe” Sebert, is a singer and songwriter, and co-writer of the 1978 single “Old Flames Can’t Hold a Candle to You”.

Kesha stands 5 feet high and weighs 64 kilograms. Her siblings are Lagan Blue Sebert, and Louie Sebert.

Kesha usually followed her mother, Pebe for her performances and took charge of her backstage during the shows.

Kesha was just 4 years old when her mother bagged a deal with a music company for her songwriting skills and relocated to Nashville, Tennessee.

After Kesha’s mother discovered her interest in art she constantly encouraged her to sing songs whenever she felt sad or depressed.

From what her mother said, Kesha was suffering from the eating disorder bulimia nervosa right from when she was signed.

Kasha’s mother had put part of the blame on Dr. Luke, alleging that Dr. Luke had told Kesha to lose weight after he signed her. Dr Luke had compared Kesha’s body shape to a refrigerator. In March 2014, Kesha completed her treatment after spending a couple of months in rehab.

Kesha’s Other Ventures

Some time ago, Kesha officially announced her own cosmetics line, ”Kesha Rose Beauty” partnering with indie makeup brand Hipdot.
